Return & Exchange Policy

At Adaa Bazaar®, we value your trust and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy offers flexible options to address your concerns.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Return Window:

  • You can return items within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Items returned between 4 to 7 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange Window:

  • You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, and customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization.
  • Items bought with store credit are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original packaging (including accessories, boxes, etc.).

 

Return Process:

Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returning items, as Adaa Bazaar® will not be responsible for items lost during transit.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Process:

Initiate an Exchange:

  • To request an exchange, contact us at contact@adaabazaar.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for exchanges. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
  • Please email contact@adaabazaar.com within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping charges, once the damage is verified.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • It can be used for future purchases on www.adaabazaar.com
